TASTING NOTES

This garnet red wine with orange reflections - known as the King of the wines - has an exceptional bouquet and complex aromas such as berries, plum, strawberry, chocolate, dried fruits, eucalyptus, mint, leather, snuff and white truffles, amongst others. This amazing wine has a good body, good acidity and sturdy tannins. It is enveloping and elegant with long persistence in drinking, thanks to the smooth and harmonious tannins. The alcohol content is well balanced by a surprising freshness, an indication of its great aging capacity.

PAIRINGS

The classic combination is with succulent dishes such as game, fine grilled meats, stews and boiled meats. Perfect with cured meats, it is also ideal with very aromatic preparations, such as dishes based on truffles, liver and sheep's cheeses.
