TASTING NOTES

Ruby red merging on garnet. Ample, ethereal scent with hints of wild berries. Full bodied, warm intense, velvety and harmonious. 

PAIRINGS

All the typical, savory dishes of traditional cuisine, especially roasts and ripe cheeses. If possible, uncork the bottle a few hours before serving at a temperature 18/20°C.
