TASTING NOTES

Ruby red with garnet reflections, this wine has a fragrance bouquet of intense red fruit and berries with fine notes of blackcurrant, cherry, and pomegranate.  The taste is intriguing, warm and with soft persistent tannins.  A good acidity gives freshness and makes each sip long lasting. 

PAIRINGS

Perfect with fat and savory dishes, Piedmontese cheeses and cured meats. It is indicated with stewed meat and boiled meats. Ideal with succulent first courses and excellent in combination with fried meat and vegetables.
